By using Compressy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Compressy is
Compressy is a free, browser-native tool for compressing images and videos. No account is required. The service is supported by display advertising.
3. Your files
All processing happens locally in your browser. Your files are never transmitted to our servers. We have no access to any content you work with.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Compressy for any lawful purpose. You agree not to use it to process content that infringes third-party rights or is illegal under applicable law.
5. Third-party services
Compressy loads certain libraries and fonts from third-party CDNs on demand. These are fetched directly by your browser and governed by their respective terms. Advertising is served by third-party networks under their own policies.
6. Intellectual property
The Compressy website, design, and code are the property of RuntimeHub. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is not permitted.
7. No warranties
The service is provided as-is. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of results, or fitness for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RuntimeHub is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
